We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions:


Class B CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Include the following. Other duties maybe assigned to meet our business needs.


• Inspect truck tires, lights, brakes, fluids, etc., and fill out pre-inspection sheet
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jack, dolly, or fork lift
• Make pickups and deliveries in a timely and safe manner
• Complete daily route and all associated paperwork
• Perform job functions consistent with all company safety policies and practices


Qualifications/Requirements:


• Must have a valid CDL license, class B or A with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience
• Must pass the DOT physical test
• Must be able to speak and write English fluently
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis
• Ability to represent the company professionally when making customer deliveries



Receiving Clerk


Position Expectations:


Performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verifies materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Include the following. Other duties maybe assigned to meet our business needs.


1. Prints out and files all Purchase Orders that are scheduled to be received at ABS Graphics.
2. Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip to product and with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
3. Receives product against ABS Purchase Orders.
4. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
5. Sorts, counts, separates, labels, unpacks products and distributes to proper department.
6. Notifies supervisor of overages or shortages.
7. May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in unloading supplies and equipment.
9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Minimum Job Requirements:


• High school diploma or GED; at least 3 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required


• Ability to maintain quality and safety control standards.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, stock, or goods.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with packing slips, Bills Of Lading, and labeling of cartons
• Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.
• Knowledge of commercial shipping methods and procedures.


Working Conditions and Physical Effort


• Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 75 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than 8 hours per day.
• Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises typically found in a warehouse environment.



Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse Clerk


Position Expectations:


Performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verifies materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Prepares items for shipment ensuring cost effective courier services.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Include the following. Other duties maybe assigned to meet our business needs.


1. Prepares shipments for local or commercial deliveries; determines most economical and efficient shipping method.
2. Prepares bills of lading and packing slips; checks items to be shipped against job ticket to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
3. Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
4. Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
5. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
6. Delivers items to requisitioning departments.
7. May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate shrink-wrap machine; may assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area; may lock warehouse.
8. Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety and environmental.
9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

3rd Shift Digital Press Operator


Position Expectations:


Digital Print Press Operator for running several different large format and small format digital devices, including Inca Onset, Fuji Uvistar, and Xerox iGen presses. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience running some or all of these devices in a high-level, color-critical production environment. Will train the right candidate. Experience with EFI Fiery and ColorGate RIPs is preferred. Digital press operators are responsible for some file set-up, such as dimension, color correction, or substrate. Must be able to have numerous printing projects going at the same time and be flexible to adjust to schedules and deadlines. Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operators are mainly responsible for creating the specified print material, maintaining the printing equipment and keeping inventory appropriately stocked. They may be required to print for a variety of clientele specifications.
• Print operators must be trained to operate and maintain the printing machines that they use, which may involve either hardware or software repair, depending upon the situation. Operators are responsible for contacting service technicians for the machines they run.
• Digital presses require materials to be stocked in order to operate efficiently. Operators will need to order and stock ink, house substrates, and maintenance components as appropriate. Use stock ordering schedules to keep up with work deadlines.
• Adhere to strict quality control and standard operating procedures, including color or image quality correction as appropriate. Operators are required to sign and include a quality checklist with each and every job produced.
• Maintain established schedules and prioritize work and proofs to meet deadline requirements and to maximize print efficiencies. Must be able to respond quickly and calmly to rapidly changing client needs.
• Work closely among shifts, and with other departments, to ensure smooth production flow.
• Operation of a Kongsberg iCut large format die cutting machine.
• Light operation of small guillotine cutter, scoring, and folding equipment for proof creation and small jobs.


Job Requirements:


• Minimum high school diploma, some college or technical training preferred.
• Completion of Xerox iGen training program and/or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

           

Senior Sales Executive:


ABS Graphics is looking for seasoned sales executives who are interested in joining a growing commercial offset, large format and digital print organization.  We are offering an outstanding opportunity to capitalize on a new and exciting sales platform joining sheet fed, digital and large format print capabilities supported by complex fulfillment--a highly desirable combination for the retail industry. 

This position requires an in-depth understanding of print production processes with a passion for sales and relationship development. Candidates should ideally have at least 5 years experience in print sales and proven sales results.
